Syed Ali Ahmed Shah, a respected herbalist and researcher, was born on 25th March 1932 in Baddomali, a small town near District Narowal, Pakistan. He completed his early education in his hometown, where his journey into traditional herbal medicine began under the guidance of his father, who was also a well-known herbalist.
To expand his knowledge, he later received formal education in herbal medicine from the National Council for Tibb in Islamabad. Driven by his passion for helping humanity, he devoted his efforts to researching herbs, developing herbal preparations, and exploring traditional approaches to chronic health conditions.
He also developed his approach to assessing patients through traditional pulse examination. His research and herbal formulations were developed during his lifetime, including work with his son, Syed Salman Ahmed Shah.
Syed Ali Ahmed Shah passed away in 2006, but his vision and dedication continue through his son, Syed Salman Ahmed Shah, Chairman of Shahzain Herbal Clinic and Manufacturers.

Born on 8th September 1965 in Baddomali, Syed Salman Ahmed Shah completed his early education in his hometown before continuing his studies at Government College and University Lahore, where he pursued a master's degree in human psychology.
Following his interest in traditional herbal medicine, he received formal education in the field from the National Council for Tibb in Islamabad. He continued working alongside his father, supporting research and the development of traditional herbal preparations.
According to the family's history, Syed Salman Ahmed Shah received a gold medal for his performance and research at the National Council for Tibb. He has also been associated with PTPMA, the Pakistan herbal pharmaceutical manufacturing association.
In addition to his work in herbal medicine, he serves as president of SFUST, an NGO involved in community welfare, hospital services, and medical camps for people in rural areas of Pakistan.
